Children rights and education is central to our Corporate Social Responsibility mission. The eClerx family is active in helping to measurably and demonstrably improve the lives of underprivileged children. eClerx Cares, our India based CSR Committee operates under the guidance of eClerx Board of Directors to coordinate and manage our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. To maximize our impact, we actively partner with NGOs and education stakeholders to find and advance effective solutions that address today’s most pressing development and educational challenges. Our partners work to secure the well-being of disadvantaged Indian youth by supporting education and child welfare initiatives throughout India. This includes vocational education and training for children living in city slums, rural villages and tribal areas as well as those who are unemployed or minimally employed.

The eClerx Cares Committee approves and monitors projects we fund through our NGO partners. The eClerx Cares Council is responsible for coordinating and advancing our employee engagement initiatives, for example, eClerx employees have volunteered ad funded efforts that have brought substantial impact to more than 30,000 lives. Through our Payroll Giving program, employees can make contributions from their salary to the project or initiative of their choice. eClerx happily matches each employee contribution.

Our NGO Partners

We partner with more than 10 organizations across India working in the areas of education and employability. We reach out to more than 25,000 needy through our various outreach programs. Our programs in education and employability are designed to empower and enable the youth towards the challenges of tomorrow. We also partner with industry experts like NASSCOM Foundation for a strategic CSR initiative, where we are working on skill enhancements of undergraduates from tier 2 & 3 colleges in digital analytics and non-voice CRM, the areas in which eClerx’s expertise lies.
