Frequently asked questions about working at eClerx

All vacancies at eClerx (worldwide) are listed under the ‘Explore Careers’ section of our Careers website. Candidates have the option of refining their search based on job function, location or keywords.
Interviews vary across roles and regions, however, at a broad level, we follow four distinct phases in the hiring process. After you apply for a job or send your CV to a recruiter, our recruitment team evaluates your skills and experience related to the qualifications of the job you've applied for. If you are selected to advance in the process, you'll hear from a recruiter. The next step is a conversation with a recruiter, where you will learn more about the role and what it’s like to work at eClerx. This is followed by assessments to evaluate your domain and / or technical competencies. You would then be interviewed by the hiring manager/s – this is an opportunity for you to learn even more about eClerx, and for us to better understand your professional experience and talents. The final step is the offer where a final decision is taken – if you receive a job offer, you can discuss the details with the recruiter. After you accept the offer, we work together to determine the date of joining and onboarding process.
In interviews, we’re looking for more than a CV. You can expect questions related to the technical skills and competencies required to be successful in the role. Of course, specific questions will vary depending on the job you’re applying for. If you want to prepare for the interview, try thinking of specific scenarios where you have proven your skills and competencies related to the role, outcomes you have achieved.
We look for specific skills and competencies for specific roles, and you'll find this information in our job descriptions. We look for people who are passionate about their chosen domain and enthusiastic to acquire and develop new skills.
