eClerx is looking to add to its talent pool an MSBI Developer between 4-6 years of experience.
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.
MSBI Developer – Associate Process Manager Roles and Responsibilities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex information professionally, clearly and concisely
Strong knowledge of and experience of working with reporting and databases
Adept at queries, dashboard design, report writing and presenting findings
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and techniques
Propose and develop reports/ BI dashboards as per client business requirements
Ongoing development and operations of BI architecture to enable fact-based decision making, ad hoc analysis, and insight generation
Designing and building reports and analyses in any of the Excel, Tableau, Qlikview & Power BI platforms
Improving and streamlining processes regarding data flow and data quality
End-user interactions to establish/ clarify user requirements
Developing & modifying database objects, defining the relationship between tables and enforcing referential integrity constraints
Development, optimization, and maintenance of ETLs and stored procedures
Composition of technical and end-user documentation as needed
Design, code, test, and document all new or modified BI systems, applications and programs
Technical briefing to internal and external stakeholders (if required)
Minimum Qualifications
Overall experience of 4-6 years with at least 2 years of experience working as an MSBI developer
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or computer science
Specialized training, certification and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Visualization
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in MSBI development including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
Expert in reporting and analysis
Engineering graduates preferred B.Tech. / M.Tech.
