• Troubleshooting skills - OS, Outlook, Server, Desktop related issues, FTP, DNS, Active Directory, File Servers, File/Folder Permissions
• Various Application Support
• Preventive Maintenance of Servers
• System Administrators - Level 2 Support
• Patch Management & Monitoring
• Antivirus Management
• Laptop Maintenance & Support
• Network Troubleshooting LAN, WAN, Switches, Connectivity
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows systems and network security concepts
• Knowledge of SharePoint [MOSS]  & Microsoft Exchange
• Basic VMware troubleshooting skills
• Professional discipline, teamwork and healthy competition
