Detailed Job/ Role Description: 

  • Report execution with self and peer audits
  • To learn new activities, reports and reporting techniques quickly in an executable format
  • Analyze data to deliver recommendations
  • Provide analysis and business insights on the reported KPIs. Identify and interpret the trends
  • Prepare notes for calls (internal as well as external)

Ability to document the work in hand (Creating SOP’s)

  • Prior work experience required: 3 + years on Reporting / MIS

Essential skill-set required:

  • Proficient in MS-Office applications with advanced skills in MS-Excel is required
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL Server
  • Knowledge of MS Access
  • Intermediate knowledge of any data visualization tool like Tableau and/or Power BI
  • Intermediate VBA Macros in MS Excel
  • Good communication & presentation skills along with interpersonal skill

    Good to have:

  • Its an advantage if the candidate has worked on VBA Macros in excel
  • Highly motivated/self-starter with a sense of ownership, willingness to learn, and desire to succeed
  • Must perform well in high pressure situations, balance competing priorities, and demonstrate the ability to work
