Detailed Job/ Role Description:
- Report execution with self and peer audits
- To learn new activities, reports and reporting techniques quickly in an executable format
- Analyze data to deliver recommendations
- Provide analysis and business insights on the reported KPIs. Identify and interpret the trends
- Prepare notes for calls (internal as well as external)
Ability to document the work in hand (Creating SOP’s)
- Prior work experience required: 3 + years on Reporting / MIS
Essential skill-set required:
- Proficient in MS-Office applications with advanced skills in MS-Excel is required
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL Server
- Knowledge of MS Access
- Intermediate knowledge of any data visualization tool like Tableau and/or Power BI
- Intermediate VBA Macros in MS Excel
- Good communication & presentation skills along with interpersonal skill
Good to have:
- Its an advantage if the candidate has worked on VBA Macros in excel
- Highly motivated/self-starter with a sense of ownership, willingness to learn, and desire to succeed
- Must perform well in high pressure situations, balance competing priorities, and demonstrate the ability to work
