Digital – Senior Process Manager – Optimization

Responsibilities: 

• Build optimization plans using A/B testing, multivariate testing, segment-based and behavioral targeting
• Generate test cases based on industry best practices that help achieve business/customer goals
• Analyze large data sets to make follow-up test recommendations
• Build detailed wireframes and manage  creatives to accomplish testing goals while adhering to the customer’s brand guidelines
• Manage analyst and development teams to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, content rendering etc. using JavaScript, HTML and CSS

Required Expertise:

• Hands on experience in building hypothesis to drive business optimization
• Significant experience and expertise in handling large datasets
• Ability to drive insights from quantitative and qualitative datasets
• Technical expertise in JQuery, Javascript, HTML and CSS
• Proven experience in developing test solution that meet market needs

Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree with minimum 4-7 years of experience in Analytics and Reporting
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple time zones
• Proven communication skills
